Life in London is busy. And with a busy lifestyle it is easy for self care to get lost in the shuffle. Many people who work in stressful fields and have children or family members to take care of suffer from stress. This stress can lead to poor nutrition, poor sleep, and lack of physical activity. All of these things can take a toll on our health. A regular yoga practice can help you improve physical fitness, and give you the tools to manage the stress in your life.
Yoga for Busy People (private lessons)
Don’t have time to get to a studio? Don’t worry! I will travel to your home in the boroughs of Islington, Camden, Haringey, Hackney, and the City of London to teach you a 1 on 1 yoga class. If you have a friend or partner you would like to practice with feel free to include them in your sessions! Private lessons are a great way to go deeper into a yoga practice, and ensure you are entering poses safely. Private classes will be catered to your specific goals and needs whether that be physical fitness, increased productivity, or mental clarity.
Time: Lessons are available from Monday-Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm and Monday-Wednesday at 8:00pm. Please contact me for availability!

Yoga for Busy People (corporate yoga)
Would you like to have a healthier workplace? I am available to teach a morning or lunchtime yoga class in your office space. Yoga in the work place can increase employee satisfaction and productivity. It can also help build the community in the office. Classes are available in offices in Islington, Camden, Haringey, Hackney, City of London, and Westminister.
Time: Monday-Friday 9:00AM, 12:00 noon, and 1:00PM
